The life is short

Actually if u r given a piece to be sculptured in a given time two things can be done 1. with in the given time we can complete the full piece without any perfection 2. it could be incomplete with perfection
many go for the first option , but doing a total waste is meaningless rather than doing half good
the sculptures with some damage in mamamllapuram are most visited for their perfection by foreigners but the sculptures without perfection but fully completed are still lying in local market without any notice
so doing things perfectly is comparitively good
a man may not bring success always but he could be enriched with good values with what ever failures he may face . since life is short and doesnt ahave any alrm for death . do things correctly and avoid whatever the mistakes which we can avoid
and if a person always watches what ever he does (all actions and corrects that is a kind of meditation (or karma yoga)

working in an organization

working in a good organization can make a person to become updated with new knowledge only with his involvement . one should not work in an organization only for getting good name . but the philosophy should be reverse . one should work to get better knowledge , which remains an ever green wealth .
the persons wealth may be robbed but the knowledge is never robbed .
it is an asset .
